We put a set of realistic customer questions to AI assistants with live web search enabled, record which businesses each one recommends and in what order, and combine that with public Google Business Profile data to produce a visibility score, a competitor comparison, and a list of suggested fixes. We repeat this weekly and email you the result.
We cannot and do not guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend your business, or that your score will improve. AI assistants decide what to recommend using methods their operators do not publish and change without notice. Our suggested fixes reflect published research on local ranking signals and what we observe those assistants drawing on. They are informed advice, not a lever we control.
Assistant answers also vary between runs. Two scans minutes apart can differ. A score is a snapshot, and the trend over weeks is more meaningful than any single figure.
Use the “Manage or cancel your subscription” link in any email we send you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. No notice period, no phone call.
We cannot control what AI assistants say. What we can stand behind is our own work, so the guarantee is on that:
Beyond the guarantee above, we do not generally refund part-months, since you retain access for the period paid. If the service materially failed to do what this page says it does, contact us at Ahmed Eltayeb <ahmed@getsthecall.com> and we will put it right, refunding where that is the fair outcome.
Where you are contracting as a consumer rather than a business, any statutory cancellation rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law apply in addition to the above and are not affected by it.
Order audits for businesses you own or are authorised to act for. Don't attempt to scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and don't resell reports as your own work without telling us. Reports are yours to use in your own business.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or lost custom. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
You can cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or end your subscription if you breach these terms or fail to pay, and we will refund any period paid for but not delivered.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you contract as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
